Uploading to Your Portal Vault
We value the privacy of your personal information and strive to provide you the most secure and simple methods to share your documents with Springboard. The vault in your client portal allows you and Springboard to share documents easily and safely. To upload a document to your portal:
Select the Vault on the top row, then click the plus button just to the left of the search bar as shown below:
You will then get a pop-up that will allow you to drag-and-drop the file(s), or you can select them from your computer. Once all the documents are listed, press the Upload button on the bottom right to send the document to Springboard:
Springboard will immediately be notified of the document posting.
